FABIANA & ANDREA: A SPECIAL WEDDING ON THE LAKE
On 12 May two years ago Fabiana and Andrea married accompanied by their little Nicole. It was a special and different wedding: full of friends and in a place that tasted like home, the Belleville Rendezvous.
This is a really strange and sometimes very demoralizing period. My work season has not yet started due to the Covid-19 epidemic and will not begin for a while yet. Today is the first day of a real second phase, of reopenings and restarts, but for weddings we will have to wait still longer.
In the past few months I stopped, seeing a season that I already knew would be beautiful disappear before my eyes, full of fantastic couples and new collaborations that I couldn’t wait to start. (However, I concentrated on telling about my period of isolation, which you can read here).
Today is a new day with some more hope. To start again I chose to tell you about this wedding, although it is not among the most recent, because the spouses and many guests are also friends and because I can’t wait to go back there, in Belleville.

Il 12 maggio di due anni fa si sposavano Fabiana e Andrea, accompagnati dalla loro piccola Nicole. È stato un matrimonio speciale e diverso: pieno di amici e in un posto che sapeva di casa, il Belleville Rendezvous.
Questo è un periodo davvero strano e a volte molto demoralizzante. La mia stagione lavorativa non è ancora iniziata a causa dell’epidemia di Covid-19 e non inizierà ancora per un po’. Oggi è il primo giorno di una vera seconda fase, di riaperture e ripartenze, ma per i matrimoni bisognerà aspettare ancora.
Negli scorsi mesi mi sono fermata, vedendomi scomparire davanti agli occhi una stagione che già sapevo sarebbe stata bellissima, piena di coppie fantastiche e nuove collaborazioni che non vedevo l’ora di iniziare. (Mi sono comunque concentrata a raccontare il mio periodo di isolamento, che potete leggere qui).
Oggi è un giorno nuovo con qualche speranza in più. Per ricominciare ho scelto di raccontarvi questo matrimonio, nonostante non sia tra i più recenti, perché gli sposi e tanti invitati sono anche amici e perché non vedo l’ora di tornare proprio lì. a Belleville.
